Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Saunii, you agree that your purchase is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at studio@saunii.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for resolution.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if required by law or if we determine that an order issue qualifies for a refund after review.

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
